We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Cocktail Bar Manager to join an award winning Hotel and Restaurant based in the Kingsbridge area. We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional, with experience in similar establishments. Our client are looking for a talented and passionate mixologist, with managerial experience, ready to assist with the operations of a fantastic Hotel bar.
Assistant Cocktail Bar Manager responsibilities will include;
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the cocktail bar, including staff scheduling, inventory management and cocktail menu development.
- Train and develop bar staff, ensuring consistent high quality service.
- Create innovative and delicious cocktails, staying up to date with latest trends.
- Maintain a clean and well presented bar environment.
- Lead by example, with assistance in day to day management of a busy cocktail bar.
The successful applicant will ideally have;
- A previous experience of succeeding in a busy cocktail environment.
- Strong knowledge of spirits and mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- Ability to work and lead under pressure.
- Passion for crafting cocktails and delivering a superior level of customer service.
