Your new roleThe Senior Accountant will be overseeing the accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, preparing and reviewing the statutory accounts and providing strategic insights to support business decisions.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Support with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic planning.
- Assist the year-end, quarterly period and month-end accounts
- Lead the preparation of statutory accounts in accordance with local GAAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Part-qualified Accountant with 4 years experience
- If non qualified, then 5+ year's experience in an Accountancy role is required.
- Need excellent analytic skills
- Have the ability to work independently
- Experience with corporate tax
