Accounts / Audit Semi-Senior, Kingston upon Thames, £32,000 - 37,000 plus fantastic package including study support and hybrid working

Play a key role in delivering high-quality services to a diverse client portfolio, including SMEs, sole traders, partnerships, and larger corporates. This role offers a 60/40 split between accounts and audit work and includes the following responsibilities:

Preparation of statutory, year-end, and rental accounts

Bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and preparation of VAT returns using Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage

Management accounts preparation and financial reporting

Assisting with audit fieldwork for a variety of clients

Using CCH software to produce accounts and maintain records

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Collaborating closely with the wider team to meet deadlines and ensure compliance

About You

AAT qualified and/or actively studying ACA/ACCA (with at least 30% current UK audit exposure)

Experience in a UK accountancy practice is essential

Solid knowledge of accounts preparation, VAT, and bookkeeping

Confident using cloud-based software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and CCH

Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset

Organised, motivated, and detail-oriented
