My client is seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support various administrative and office management tasks. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient operations through effective communication and meticulous organisation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:•   Manage and facilitate the flow of information between departments and external partners.•   Handle document preparation, data entry, and file management.•   Coordinate and manage office activities, including event planning and supply management.•   Assist in financial administration tasks such as accounts preparation and tax filings.•   Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
