Sales Manager - Hospitality

Salary: 45 to 50k plus commission
Working Pattern: Full Time, flexible working (with travel between local sites)

About the Role:
As Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind the sales strategy, managing and executing initiatives that cater to both B2B and B2C markets. You'll work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand alignment while developing strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a unified sales plan tailored to each property, meeting collective revenue targets.
- Manage pipelines focusing on MICE, corporate contracts, leisure groups, and private events.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to drive incremental revenue.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, and local businesses.
- Conduct client meetings, sales calls, and attend networking events to promote the venues.
- Ensure exceptional client service from inquiry through to post-event follow-up.
- Team Management & Collaboration:
- Lead and support on-property sales executives across the three venues.
- Collaborate with marketing, revenue, and operations teams to align messaging and execution.
- Provide regular training and support for team members to elevate service and conversion standards
What You Bring:
- Experience within a senior sales role, ideally within hospitality, preferably with multi-site or cluster experience.
- Demonstrable success in corporate, MICE, and group event sales.
- Strong knowledge of local and international corporate travel and event markets.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in CRM and event management software
- Ability to travel between sites and work flexibly
