Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lining and Patching Drainage Engineer to carry out a variety of drainage works including investigation, blockage clearance, and repairs—particularly patching and lining—on both commercial and domestic properties. This role involves both planned and reactive tasks across London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out patch cutting and installation (CIPR/LSR)
  • Apply drag-in and air inversion lining (up to 225mm)
  • Measure accurately and administer resin quantities correctly
  • Operate and maintain drainage equipment and machinery
  • Complete work efficiently and within set timescales
  • Communicate effectively with clients, operatives, and the office team
  • Use a tablet to complete job paperwork (training provided)
  • Ensure all equipment is clean and levels (oil, water, fuel) are checked regularly

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in drainage, lining, and patching
  • Experience with CCTV surveys and confined spaces
  • Proficient in using Picote/milling machines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable, professional, and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
