Sales Support/Estimator – Kingston Area – High-End Clients

Salary: Competitive

Hours: 9:00am to 17:30 Monday to Friday (finish at 17:00 on Fridays).

A rapidly growing family-run business is looking for an Estimator/Sales Support person to join their team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to a dynamic sales team by providing tailored estimates to a diverse client base including homeowners, developers, architects, and interior designers. With potential for career advancement into an Account Manager position, this role is ideal for those eager to develop their skills in a supportive environment. Prior experience in related industries is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and transform client requirements for custom luxury projects into detailed estimates.
  • Communicate effectively with account managers, providing detailed email summaries alongside quotations.
  • Analyse tender documents meticulously to pinpoint opportunities for high-end products.
  • Utilise a sophisticated CRM system to craft precise and competitive quotations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure cost accuracy, adhering to luxury standards.
  • Finalise quotations with a keen eye for detail, ensuring alignment with premium pricing strategies.

Sales Support:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential high-value clients, aligning luxury products with their visions.
  • Rekindle connections with former clients, sparking interest in new projects and opportunities.
  • Organise and oversee detailed site surveys, maintaining clear and professional communication.
  • Handle incoming calls with the utmost professionalism, directing inquiries to appropriate team members.
  • Prepare and present luxury samples meticulously, ensuring the showroom reflects high standards.
  • Maintain impeccable client records in the CRM, enhancing client interactions with top-tier service and hospitality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 and adeptness in luxury CRM systems.
  • Unwavering attention to detail, particularly with luxury specifications and high-value quotations.
  • A passion for the luxury market, with a desire to grow and excel in a high-end sales environment.
  • Background in sales support, client management, or estimating within the luxury design or construction sectors is highly desirable
