The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Manager to support the launch and operations of a brand-new Co-Living development in South West London opening in September 2025. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in the mobilisation and day-to-day running of the site, with a strong emphasis on leasing and resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing (Primary Focus):

  • Supports leasing efforts to reach 98% occupancy

  • Manages listings, enquiries, and resident screening

  • Oversees the resident journey from enquiry to move-in

  • Handles lease renewals and provides lettings performance updates

Operational Mobilisation:

  • Assists with pre-opening activities including compliance and supplier onboarding

  • Helps ensure the building is ready for launch

Resident Services:

  • Acts as a key point of contact for residents

  • Supports move-in/move-out processes and maintains accurate records

  • Assists in delivering events and fostering community engagement

Property & Compliance:

  • Helps maintain high building standards and cleanliness

  • Supports health & safety and operational compliance

Team & Finance Support:

  • Aids in contractor coordination and cost control

  • Assists with arrears management and invoice processing
