HR AdministratorRemote - Surrey£14-15 per hour
My client is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their team on a short-term temporary contract. You will:
- Liaise with recruiting managers throughout the recruitment process ensuring incoming CVs are handled promptly and efficiently as well as internal processes are followed correctly
- Complete the onboarding process for new starters
- Complete the off-boarding process for leavers
- Organise purchase orders and ensuring invoice tracker is maintained
- Maintain internal audit controls for the wider teams
- Complete monthly reports
- Respond to HR related queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Update and organise the internal file system in preparation for system changes
- Participate in training events
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent time management skills to ensure workloads are completed on a daily basis
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a HR support role
- Have strong attention to detail
- Have good communication skills both written & verbal
- Have the ability to work on own initiative and within a team
25 hours per week, 5 hours per day Monday to Friday.
