HR AdministratorRemote - Surrey£14-15 per hour

My client is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their team on a short-term temporary contract. You will:

  • Liaise with recruiting managers throughout the recruitment process ensuring incoming CVs are handled promptly and efficiently as well as internal processes are followed correctly
  • Complete the onboarding process for new starters
  • Complete the off-boarding process for leavers
  • Organise purchase orders and ensuring invoice tracker is maintained
  • Maintain internal audit controls for the wider teams
  • Complete monthly reports
  • Respond to HR related queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Update and organise the internal file system in preparation for system changes
  • Participate in training events

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent time management skills to ensure workloads are completed on a daily basis
  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a HR support role
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Have good communication skills both written & verbal
  • Have the ability to work on own initiative and within a team

25 hours per week, 5 hours per day Monday to Friday.
