Junior Graphic DesignerKingstonHybridworking£28,000 A Food Company based in Kingston are looking for a dynamic and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join their growing team. This will be a junior role in which you will gain exposure to multiple marketing and design disciplines and provide vital support to the company. Junior Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality design deliverables across various platforms, including print and digital media, trade adverts, e-commerce content, point-of-sale materials, and social media posts.
  • Manage and develop engaging graphic content for sales and marketing initiatives, including presentation decks, catalogues, social media graphics, brochures, and more.
  • Assist with art working tasks such as reformatting, resizing, and adapting artwork for different mediums.
  • Support the creation of ad hoc assets requested by other teams/stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on design trends and software advancements to continuously enhance our visual identity
Junior Graphic Designer Specification:
  • To have experience in relevant design experience in a commercial environment, preferably FMCG.
  • Bachelor's degree in a design-related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing layout skills, technical expertise, and creative thinking.
  • Efficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and presentation tools like Google Slides and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and brand consistency.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
