Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of three managers and approximately 25 staff
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations across arcade, sports areas, bars, and kitchen
- Drive high standards in service, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance
- Manage stock, liaise with suppliers, and monitor inventory
- Ensure excellent food and beverage delivery and contribute to menu planning
- Maintain a customer-first focus, handling complaints and driving satisfaction
- Deliver revenue growth and manage KPIs, costs, and team performance
- Promote events, parties, and local marketing initiatives
- Operate a seamless cashless payment system
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in senior leadership in a similar environment (entertainment, arcade, sports or hospitality)
- Strong food and beverage management background
- Motivational leader with excellent communication and team management skills
- Commercially savvy, confident in driving performance and revenue
- Flexible, hands-on and thrives in a high-energy environment
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as required
- Experience with cashless systems desirable
