Data Analyst (Fully Remote)

An opportunity to join a PE backed business within the health care sector has arisen for a well established client of Kenneth Brian Associates, as they continue on their acquisitive growth drive.

Reporting into the Head of Finance, this is a newly created role that will offer the opportunity for someone to add genuine value whilst being responsible for 'groundup’ process implementation within the FP&A team.

Although this a fully remote role - you must ideally have some sector experience within the NHS or Healthcare sectors.

Range of duties will include;

Data Analysis:

Collect, clean, and analyse large data sets from a range of sources, to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies

• Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations to present data in an easily understandable format
• Performance Metrics: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business strategies
• Work across departments to streamline data and understand key patient trends
• Spearhead reporting efficiencies
• Work with FD to create pricing models and performance metrics for contracts.

Candidate profile;

• Qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) preferred - NOT essential
• Advanced analytical experience using Excel, ERP systems and other suites
• Excellent communication skills
• Business partnering background advantageous
• Pricing and contracts experience
• Must have PowerBi and advanced Excel skills
• Commercial FP&A experience
• Good communicator
• Thinks independently and outside the box
• Business partnering experience
