Position: Permanent – Full Time

We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join a growing local independent estate agency team. This is a multifaceted support role encompassing administration, marketing, viewings, sales progression, and office management.

You'll work closely with senior staff, helping to streamline operations and push through deals, while keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Providing admin and operational support to senior staff
  • Organising team schedules and daily agendas
  • Covering the office and liaising with clients when others are out
  • Assisting with marketing of new properties and digital listings
  • Supporting with sales progression and coordination
  • Conducting viewings, if required
  • Helping to ensure deals are completed efficiently

  • Previous experience in property or office administration (essential)
