- Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring optimal patient care and image quality.
- Supervise and support junior radiographers and students, providing mentorship and clinical guidance.
- Collaborate with consultants, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and timely diagnostic services.
- Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and data protection regulations.
- Assist with quality assurance, audits, and continuous service improvements within the radiology department.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any faults or issues promptly.
- Participate in rota-based shifts, including occasional weekend or on-call duties as required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in a clinical radiography setting.
- BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification.
- HCPC registrationÂ
- Experience in Mammography, General Radiography, Fluoroscopy, CT or MRI
