We are seeking a Property Manager / Administrator to join our team, assisting in the management of a diverse portfolio that includes 5 properties and 1 flat across North, South, and West London. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in property management or administration, particularly with knowledge of HMOs.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist with sourcing tenants, conducting referencing, and managing agreements.
  • Coordinate maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and conduct occasional site visits.
  • Handle rent and deposit administration, including resolving any disputes and legal matters.
  • Liaise with councils for HMO licences, utility companies, insurers, and contractors.
  • Support day-to-day property administration and report directly to the management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in property management or administration, with HMO knowledge preferred.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Valid UK driving licence, as property visits are required.
