Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.

  • Assessment: Regularly assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and tailor teaching methods to meet individual needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and possess relevant qualifications in primary education.

  • Prior experience teaching in Key Stage 1 is preferred but not essential for outstanding candidates.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
