The firm has a positive work environment which leads to low staff turnover, ensuring clients work with the same team year after year, building a deep understanding of their personal and business requirements. They are currently hiring a Trainee Accountant to join the team.Role Requirements -
- Ideally, the candidate should be completing their A Levels and looking for an apprenticeship opportunity
- A good understanding of basic mathematical principles
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- A keen interest in pursuing a career in accountancy
- Willingness to work in a busy, fast-paced local accountancy practice
Person Requirements -
- Enthusiasm to undertake study towards an AAT or ACCA qualification with full support provided
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges
