With a reputation for quality, service, and innovation, they are now seeking two experienced Key Account Managers to join their West Midlands operation.
The Role:As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key customer accounts. This is a relationship-driven role, ideal for someone who thrives on delivering tailored solutions and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for allocated accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts
- Drive cross-selling and repeat business through a consultative sales approach
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in the tooling, industrial supply, or a closely related sector is essential
- Strong background in account management or B2B sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset
- Full UK driving licence
