The Role:As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key customer accounts. This is a relationship-driven role, ideal for someone who thrives on delivering tailored solutions and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer accounts
  • Act as the main point of contact for allocated accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts
  • Drive cross-selling and repeat business through a consultative sales approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in the tooling, industrial supply, or a closely related sector is essential
  • Strong background in account management or B2B sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset
  • Full UK driving licence
