The Role:This is a new business-focused role—perfect for a proactive, results-driven BDM who thrives on identifying opportunities, opening doors, and building relationships from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in expanding the company’s footprint by introducing their market-leading products and services to new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities across the West Midlands
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with prospective clients
  • Promote the full range of tooling and industrial supply solutions
  • Develop tailored proposals that meet client needs and drive value

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business development within the tooling, industrial supply, or a closely related sector is essential
  • A strong track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A self-starter with a strategic, customer-focused mindset
  • Full UK driving licence
