The Role:This is a new business-focused role—perfect for a proactive, results-driven BDM who thrives on identifying opportunities, opening doors, and building relationships from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in expanding the company’s footprint by introducing their market-leading products and services to new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities across the West Midlands
- Build strong, consultative relationships with prospective clients
- Promote the full range of tooling and industrial supply solutions
- Develop tailored proposals that meet client needs and drive value
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently exceed growth targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development within the tooling, industrial supply, or a closely related sector is essential
- A strong track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A self-starter with a strategic, customer-focused mindset
- Full UK driving licence
