This is a temporary to permanent role. 

Are you a technically-minded sales professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Our client, a leading European manufacturing group, is seeking an Internal Sales Account Manager to join their dynamic team across their Tipton and Stafford sites.

?? What You’ll Be Doing:Managing internal sales processes and client accounts with confidence and professionalism.Liaising with clients and suppliers via phone and Microsoft Teams.Supporting the external sales team and contributing to overall sales strategy.Using systems such as G-Link or Sage, and Microsoft Office tools.Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

�? What We’re Looking For:Previous experience in an internal sales role with technical product knowledge.Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner.A resilient, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude.Ability to work well in a team and independently.A full, clean driving licence.Experience in the metals industry or electrical distribution is highly beneficial.
