I am on the lookout for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor and Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) to carry out condition surveys and EPCs on a wide range of residential properties, including houses, flats, and blocks. This role is based across the West midlands.
Duties of the Domestic Energy Assessor
- Conduct detailed stock condition surveys
Produce accurate EPCs in compliance with current regulations
Work across a variety of property types (occupied and void)
- Candidates should have the following experience and accreditation.
Proven experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor and qualified DEA
Accreditation with a recognised energy assessor scheme (e.g., Elmhurst, Stroma)
Own transport
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
