- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability details to customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company in all customer interactions.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up on quotes and leads to convert them into sales.
- Collaborate with the external sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with the external sales team to coordinate sales efforts and maximize revenue generation.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports as required.
- Utilise CRM software to track customer interactions, update customer profiles and manage sales activities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, offerings, features, and benefits within the industry.
- Good IT skills including word, excel, outlook and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in SAP is a preference but not essential.
- You must be a confident communicator with good attention to detail and thrive on working as part of a busy successful team.
