We are recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to join a rapidly growing company based in Kingswinford.The main objective of the role is to be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, handling sales inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the external sales team.The main duties will be :
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  •  Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  •  Provide product information, pricing, and availability details to customers.
  •  Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company in all customer interactions.
  •  Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  •  Follow up on quotes and leads to convert them into sales.
  •  Collaborate with the external sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  •  Collaborate with the external sales team to coordinate sales efforts and maximize revenue generation.
  •  Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing customers based on their needs and preferences.
  •  Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
  •  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  •  Prepare and distribute sales reports as required.
  •  Utilise CRM software to track customer interactions, update customer profiles and manage sales activities.
  •  Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, offerings, features, and benefits within the industry.
The successful candidate will have the following skills :
  • Good IT skills including word, excel, outlook and a willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in SAP is a preference but not essential.
  • You must be a confident communicator with good attention to detail and thrive on working as part of a busy successful team.
