Press Brake Setter – Rotating Shifts (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm)Location: DudleyPay: £13.00 – £14.20 per hour + 15% shift allowanceWe are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer based in the Dudley area who are currently looking to add an experienced Press Brake Setter to their production team.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a secure, growing business offering long-term work, competitive pay, and a supportive working environment.The Role:

Setting and operating press brake machinery to produce precision metal components
Working from technical drawings to meet customer specifications
Carrying out in-process quality checks and minor machine adjustments
Maintaining a clean and safe working area
Contributing to a team-focused production environment

Shift Details:Rotating weekly shifts:

6:00am – 2:00pm
2:00pm – 10:00pm
15% shift allowance paid on top of hourly rate

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience setting and operating press brake machinery
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic
Willing to work on a rotating shift pattern
