The main duties will be :
- Look after and improve our data systems and platforms (like our CRM).
- Develop practical processes and policies for managing our data effectively.
- Oversee how we collect, store, access, and analyse data.
- Keep data accurate, consistent, and easy to find.
- Manage who has access to what and keep sensitive data secure.
- Work closely with different teams to understand their data needs and help deliver solutions.
- Set and maintain data quality standards - and keep everyone on track.
- Team up with IT and analytics folks to support reporting and database performance.
- Spot opportunities to streamline our data processes and make them more efficient.
- Ensure we're meeting data protection rules (like GDPR).
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a data management or similar role.
- Solid understanding of databases, systems, and CRM platforms.
- A proactive mindset with great organisational skills.
- Comfortable working with people across different teams and levels.
- Awareness of data protection regulations and good practice.
- Someone who's happy rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in.
