Client Payroll Manager – 12-Month FTC

Location: Office-based (full-time) (Dudley)

System: Sage experience essential

We’re working with a well-established, fast-paced business that’s looking for an experienced Client Payroll Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a hands-on role managing a portfolio of clients, so you’ll need to be confident running end-to-end payrolls, juggling deadlines, and keeping clients happy — all while navigating Sage with ease.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running multiple client payrolls (weekly/monthly) with accuracy and care
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients — building trust and delivering great service
  • Processing starters, leavers, pensions, bonuses, deductions, and all the bits in between
  • Ensuring compliance and reporting requirements are met, no surprises!

What we’re looking for:

  • A confident payroll professional with solid client payroll experience
  • You’ve worked with Sage and can hit the ground running
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Happy working from the office and collaborating closely with the wider team
