- Prepare and coat metal products using powder coating equipment
- Ensure surfaces are properly prepped (cleaned, masked, sandblasted if necessary)
- Apply coatings to meet required specifications and quality standards
- Inspect finished items for defects and ensure high-quality finishes
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Assist with general workshop duties as needed
- Previous experience in powder coating (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Good eye for detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently or in a team
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in the coating process
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
