Set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser cutting machines
Interpret technical drawings and job specifications accurately
Ensure materials are loaded, aligned, and cut to precision tolerances
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues
Maintain high safety and quality standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience operating and setting laser cutting machinery (e.g. Bystronic, Trumpf, Amada)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files
Strong understanding of materials and cutting speeds/feed rates
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Forklift license or fabrication experience is a plus!
