Interpret technical drawings and job specifications

Perform routine maintenance and safety checks
Monitor quality and make real-time adjustments as needed
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet tight deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience operating and setting laser cutting machinery
Solid understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
Attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and within a team
Flexibility to work shifts/overtime as required
Forklift or overhead crane license
