Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Role Overview
As a Cold Roll Forming Operative on the afternoon shift, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining cold roll forming machines in a fast-paced, safety-conscious production environment.
Key Responsibilities for a cold roll forming operative
- Set up machines as per job specs
- Operate cold roll forming machinery to produce steel components
- Perform quality checks and ensure products meet tolerances
- Carry out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Adjust tooling and settings for different product types
- Keep accurate production records
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Requirements
- Experience operating cold roll forming or similar machinery
- Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills
- Ability to read technical drawings (advantageous)
- High attention to detail and quality
- Good understanding of health & safety practices
- Reliable, independent worker with strong time management
- Committed to working fixed afternoon shifts
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
