Weekly Rotational Shifts - Hours of work are:
- 6am till 2pm - Monday to Friday
- 2pm till 10pm - Monday to Friday
Line Leader Duties Include:
- Working on a production line
- Picking and packing duties
- Oversee a small team and ensure daily targets are met
- Effectively maximise production efficiency
Required skills:
- Previous packing experience
- Good commutation skills
- Be able to work on own initiative
- Manage and motivate a team
- Problem solving skills
- Organisation and leadership skills
- Physically fit and able to do the role
- Be able to work a rotational shift pattern
