Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for an ambitious, drivenRecruitment Consultantto join our growing team based inKingswinford. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a vibrant branch within the Midlands leading specialist transport and logistics recruiter.

As a Recruitment Consultant, youll manage the full recruitment cycle across your designated territory. Your responsibilities will include:

• New Business Development: Proactively target and secure new clients to expand your client base.
• Candidate Attraction: Write compelling job adverts and use a range of online platforms to attract top talent.
• Candidate Management: Source, interview, and prepare candidates for placement, ensuring full compliance and suitability.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent account management.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all candidate and client records meet internal and industry compliance standards.
• On-Call Duties: Participate in a shared on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support as required.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum1 year of experienceas a recruitment consultant on a temporary recruitment desk.
• Ideally coming from a driving or industrial sector
• Confident communicator with astrong telephone manner.
• Highly motivatedand results-driven individual with a passion for recruitment.
• Proven ability to deliverexcellent customer service.
• Full UK driving licenceis essential.
