Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible, consistent work across secondary schools in the Dudley and Wolverhampton area?
Dunbar Education is seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of well-established secondary schools. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy classroom delivery but prefer flexibility in their schedule.
About the Role:
- Supervise classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Ensure pupils remain on task with pre-set work and follow school policies.
- Manage behaviour in line with school guidelines.
- Deliver instructions and support students to complete learning tasks.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour.
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor in a UK secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to different school environments and follow lesson plans confidently.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one).
- A flexible, professional, and reliable attitude.
