We are a friendly and inclusive primary school in Dudley, seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team in supporting pupils with a variety of special educational needs (SEN). This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a real difference in the lives of children with diverse needs, including Autism, ADHD, physical disabilities, and social/emotional difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:-
Providing tailored support for pupils with different SEN needs, both in and outside the classroom.

Assisting with personal care when necessary (e.g., toileting, feeding) in a respectful and compassionate manner.

Supporting the class teacher to implement differentiated activities and learning strategies.

Engaging pupils through sensory-based learning, promoting inclusion and independence.

Working closely with the SENCO, teachers, and other professionals to create effective learning plans for each child.

Demonstrating a flexible, adaptable, and positive approach to meet the changing needs of the students.

Encouraging the development of key skills such as social interaction, communication, and emotional regulation.

You hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
