Set up and adjust punch presses according to specifications and production requirements.
Perform tool changes and adjustments efficiently to minimize downtime.
Conduct first-off inspections and quality checks.
Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot any issues.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures.
Work closely with the production team to meet targets and deadlines.

Skills:

Previous experience as a Punch Press Setter (mechanical or hydraulic presses preferred).
Strong understanding of press tooling and materials.
Ability to read technical drawings and work to specifications.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A proactive attitude towards health and safety.
Flexibility to work shifts and overtime if required.
