Sales Assistant

HireGiant Ltd are looking for a Sales Assistant to join the business focusing on all aspects of recruitment & staffing.

The duties and responsibilities of the Sales Assistant are:

• Source quality candidates for the roles that yourself and the team bring into the business to hit the weekly recruitment target.
• Manage the whole recruitment process from initial pre-screen to registration and beyond (Advertising, job adds, candidate calls, recruitment admin, booking out to work, timesheet admin)
• Proactively grow our client base and bring on your own leads through your sales activity! £££££
• Outbound/Inbound calls to candidates, Clients & Prospective clients to grow your desk and boost your commission! £££
• Shared on call phone with existing team to manage the desk outside of work hours that will grow your plan and boost your commission £££
• Conduct Sales meetings with leads you have generated and qualified via your Telesales calls & existing clients.

The successful Sales Assistant Candidate must have:

• Full UK driving licence and own car OR can commute and learning to drive.
• A motivation and drive to be the best in your field.
• A positive outlook on work and life
