Senior Support Worker

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-respected Care and Housing Support provider in the East Midlands to recruit for a Senior Support Worker as part of an organisation-wide project.
Responsibilities of the Senior Support Worker will include:
- Supporting junior members of the team to offer Support
- Delegating tasks
- Managing a caseload of clients
- Providing a comprehensive Support Service to complex needs service users
- Initiating evaluations of residents/tenants
- Working in partnership with other agencies such as the GP, Police, ASB Officers etc
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of residents within all the accommodation using the bespoke software and reporting tools
Shifts are Monday to Sunday, 4-5 days a week. There is flexibility around the hours (if required)
The Housing and Support professional will have:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Enhanced DBS
