Main Responsibilities:
Draft and update technical specs for finished goods and ingredients.
Approve and manage supplier records and technical documents.
Review and sign off on artwork and label information before launch.
Work with NPD to ensure spec accuracy and compliance.
Maintain and update supplier approval status.
Handle customer queries and respond to spec-related alerts.
Assist in technical audits and provide admin support when needed.
Skills & Experience Required:
Background in food manufacturing or processing.
Familiarity with allergens, nutrition, and food labelling standards.
Strong eye for detail and confident with spreadsheets.
Degree or experience in Food Science, Nutrition, or a similar field.
Good communicator with solid organisational skills.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 38.5 hours per week.
