Description
- Perform routine mechanical maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues in a timely manner.
- Implement preventative maintenance plans to minimise machine downtime.
- Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to enhance process efficiency.
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members as required.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities within the department.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
Profile
A successful 'Mechanical Maintenance Engineer' should have:
- A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to work.
- Proficiency in using various mechanical tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the workplace.
Job Offer
