Job

As the Purchasing Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing procurement operations and ensuring seamless supply chain activity. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Identifying purchasing needs through stock analysis and forecast planning
  • Processing and verifying purchase orders, invoices, and charges
  • Managing supplier performance and ensuring timely deliveries
  • Producing accurate and insightful procurement reports, including KPI tracking and forecast vs. depletion analysis
  • Acting as the liaison between purchasing and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues
  • Maintaining clean and current procurement data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • Providing category support as needed, including cover for colleagues during leave
