Job Description:
We are looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to join our team. You will play a crucial role in managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, ensuring value for money while delivering high-quality maintenance and development services.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
Perform cost analysis and risk management
Manage project budgets and track costs
Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
Advise on procurement strategy
Conduct valuations and project cost assessments
Ensure projects are completed within budget and to the highest standard
Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports
Collaborate with our team to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
Key Skills & Experience:
Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Proven experience in construction or maintenance services
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Eager to progress and develop within the company
Benefits:
