Responsibilities:Â
- Evaluate roles, maintain job architecture, and manage pay structures.
- Benchmark salaries and provide guidance on grading, pay ranges, and reward policies.
- Support the annual pay and bonus cycle, ensuring smooth processes in partnership with Finance, Payroll and People Services.
- Manage and enhance colleague benefits, acting as the go-to contact for complex queries.
- Deliver reward insights through data, modelling, and reporting.
- Contribute to reward-related projects, policy development, and wider business change initiatives.
- Support DEI by monitoring pay equity and embedding inclusive reward practices.
- Help optimise HR and reward systems to ensure accuracy and efficiencyÂ
- Proven experience in a reward focused position
- CIPD qualification is desirable
- Experience in annual pay reviews
- experience in job evaluation
- Strong administrative skills with excellent Excel skills
- Data driven with the ability to use external market data to influence pay and benefit offerings
- The ability to interpret complex data to then provide clear insight
