Location: DN39
Pay: £12.21 per hour (Overtime after 40 hours: £18.32 per hour)
Shifts:
Early – 06:30 to 14:30
Late – 14:30 to 20:30
Days: Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Temporary

Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting multiple Factory Labourers on behalf of our long-standing client based in DN39. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large and established manufacturing company on a temporary basis. The successful candidates will start within the warehouse and be trained across different areas of the manufacturing process, gaining valuable skills with potential for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting general production and labouring duties within the factory
  • Assisting with the full manufacturing process
  • Monitoring and handling product through each stage of production
  • Operating machinery (full training provided)
  • Following instructions from experienced tradespeople
  • Working both independently and as part of a small team

Requirements:

  • Experience in Production, Labouring, or Assembly work
  • Strong work ethic with a reliable attendance record
  • Able to work under own initiative
  • Willingness to learn and follow guidance
  • Must wear safety boots and a Hi Vis vest
