Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, Double Day Shift (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm alternating weekly)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer in Kirriemuir, for a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a company that values quality, safety, and continuous improvement. What you'll do:
- Operate and understand the functional aspects of machinery
- Oversee multiple machines, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met
- Maintain health and safety compliance at all times
- Carry out quality checks, keep accurate records, and report issues promptly
- Keep your work area clean and equipment in top condition
- Adapt to changing requirements and support the wider production team
What we're looking for:
- A proactive, flexible attitude and commitment to quality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in an industrial setting is an advantage, but full training will be provided
