Join a leading & well-respected organisation in Knaresborough and take full ownership of the FP&A process. This organisation is expanding their global footprint and thus are looking for a dedicated FP&A Analyst to join the finance team at our head office. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the mission of powering a sustainable future by managing financial processes and forecasts.
Day-to-day of the role:- Prepare the annual budget and other financial forecasts in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Update and maintain a rolling cash flow forecasting model.
- Support the understanding and reporting of budget performance and variances.
- Identify and implement relevant process improvements.
- Support the wider finance team with treasury processes.
- Analyse actual and forecast project expenditure to aid decision-making.
- ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualification.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within an international group of companies.
- Organised and deadline-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Inquisitive, with the ability to challenge norms and seek innovative solutions.
- Strong ability to work with and influence non-finance colleagues across the business.
- Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Adept at working collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
