FP&A Analyst

This organisation is expanding their global footprint and thus are looking for a dedicated FP&A Analyst to join the finance team at our head office. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the mission of powering a sustainable future by managing financial processes and forecasts.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Prepare the annual budget and other financial forecasts in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain a rolling cash flow forecasting model.
  • Support the understanding and reporting of budget performance and variances.
  • Identify and implement relevant process improvements.
  • Support the wider finance team with treasury processes.
  • Analyse actual and forecast project expenditure to aid decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualification.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within an international group of companies.
  • Organised and deadline-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Inquisitive, with the ability to challenge norms and seek innovative solutions.
  • Strong ability to work with and influence non-finance colleagues across the business.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Adept at working collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
