Technical Prospects are an established Recruitment Consultancy, based in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire. Full 360 training will be provided to the successful candidate, covering all aspects of recruitment from candidate sourcing & attraction to client engagement & relationship management. The role will suit individuals that possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, have a keen eye for detail & enjoy working in a small team environment where your thoughts and ideas are valued. Being a positive team player who is focused on achieving the best possible outcome for both candidate and client is a key priority.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Skills & Experience

• Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Proven administration skills & comfortable using Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Be quality focused, offering 5 Star customer service at all times.
• Be proactive & personable, able to generate, build and develop strong relationships.
• Be assertive, self motivated, showing drive and determination to succeed.
• Strong time management & organisation skills are key, being able to multi-task and prioritise effectively.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary of £18,500 - £21,000 per annum, dependent on experience
• Excellent bonus/commission potential
• 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Additional annual leave incentive – half day’s leave can be accrued for every month that targets are hit!
