Chef de Partie Join Our 5-Star, 3 Rosette Kitchen

Were looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team in our 5-star hall and award-winning 3 Rosette dining room. We also offer Afternoon tea, a casual dining menu in the bar, lounge and orangery and are a popular wedding venue. This is a chance to cook at the highest level, develop your skills alongside some of the best in the industry, and make your mark in a kitchen where creativity and precision go hand in hand.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Running your own section with pride & consistency.
  • Delivering dishes that showcase seasonality, precision, and bold flavours.
  • Supporting menu development with fresh ideas and a passion for detail.
  • Working closely with the team to ensure smooth, high-energy services.
  • Helping train and guide junior chefs, building the next generation of talent.

  • Experience in kitchens, ideally fine dining.
  • A genuine passion for food, seasonality, and presentation.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to stay calm when the pressures on.
  • A team player with great communication skills and a positive attitude.
