For their food and beverage operation they offer a charming fine dining restaurant that has recently been awarded 3AA Rosettes, outside terrace for al fresco dining, bar and lounge area, afternoon teas and are also a very popular wedding destination.
You will be assisting the Restaurant Manager in the running of the Food and Beverage Department. Be a hands-on Supervisor, have a friendly yet professional persona and you must have experience of working with an establishment of a similar standard. Be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through your team.
