Mechanical Fitter needed in Knaresborough Paying £300-£500 a day

Full time hrs on a temporary basis

Key responsibilities include:

Rectifying mechanical asset problems (conveyor belts, pumps, gearboxes, valves, cranes)
Performing fabrication work and general workshop duties
Handling PPM and reactive maintenance, maintaining high standards
Participating in planned outages
Operating workshop machinery, fabrication, and refurbishment
Promptly communicating problems for quick resolution
Contributing to Maintenance Team KPIs
Using the site CMMS system effectively
Participating in team briefings and toolbox talks
Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards
Working safely under a safe system of work
Reporting accidents, incidents, and near misses
