Responsibilities:

As a Material Handler Operator/Driver, you'll be at the heart of our operations! Your tasks will include:

  • Safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Loading and unloading materials with precision
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals
  • Performing routine maintenance checks on equipment


Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Valid UK driving license (3 points maximum)
  • Valid forklift operator licence (essential)
  • Previous experience in material handling or warehouse operations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment


Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

While not essential, the following would be advantageous:

  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Knowledge of safety regulations in a warehouse setting
  • Team leadership experience
  • Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
